How does this work?

Visit our website: crankfurniture.com Shortlist all products of interest or you wish to order (Include Qty’s) and “Add to Quote”.
We will revert with availability and our best price that includes all costs = Cost of product + Appropriate packaging + Customs Documentation & Declaration + Cost of International Sea Freight + Local Customs Clearance + Destination Delivery.
Door to Door Service: Orders will be delivered directly to your venue or preferred address, where possible. Our endeavour is to make your purchase experience as stress free as possible.
Additional cost that may apply are local government related cost like (not limited to) GST, VAT, Import Duties etc. Where we will do our best to inform you of these costs upfront, it is not always possible to do so until goods actually reach your country / destination. There may also be costs associated with delayed delivery / re-delivery to buyer, storage of goods or any such miscellaneous costs if buyer for any reason is unable to accept goods when they arrive at destination. Additional costs, if any, will be borne by buyer and must be paid in full prior to delivery.

In all likelihood, your order will be Made to Order, giving you the option to select your preference of colours and material.
Pricing will be in US$ unless specified otherwise. Order can be paid with a valid Credit Card (3.5% Surcharge for International Cards) or International Bank Transfer.
Trading Terms that apply to International Orders is identical to Domestic Orders within Australia. Please visit our Trading Terms section for more information.
Thought we primarily are manufacturers & suppliers to Trade, Hospitality & Commercial venues, we can accept orders for personal use. However, due to production processes and requirements by our partner factories, Min. Order and Qty may apply for some of our products.
