When will we deliver an order? |
| As soon as an order is placed, we will advise you of a tentative production and delivery lead time. Closer to your Order arrival ETA, we will be in touch again to ensure you are ready to accept delivery of your order. At times, delivery may take longer than planned due to circumstances outside our direct control. Kindly be advised that an order cannot be cancelled due to this reason. |
| Optional Delivery Services - White Glove Service |

White Glove Service is the term we use for our premium delivery service. This includes delivery, unpacking and rubbish removal. This service is NOT included in your Delivery Quote. Kindly contact us if you require a Quote for this optional service. Note: This service is limited to select few cities & towns across Australia. |

Delivery Address |
| Please make sure that the Delivery address / Contact details are correct as we're unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you. The delivery address must be an address within Australia and cannot be a PO Box. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. All deliveries are to the Front door / entrance on ground level. Alternatively, delivery other than Front door / entrance on ground level may attract additional charges. It is your responsibility to inform us if delivery is to any other location but Front door / entrance on ground level. |
| Insurance |
| Crank Furniture will cover the insurance of your purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. |
