How does this work?

• Once we receive your Quoe request, we will review revert with availability and our best price. Our Quote usually includes all Cost of product + Packaging + Export Customs Documentation & Declaration + Cost of International Sea Freight & Destination Delivery
• Quote will NOT Include charges that may apply due to destination related costs like (not limited to) GST, VAT, Import Duty, Tariffs, Additional Customs Inspection etc.

Where we will do our best to inform you of these costs upfront, it is not always possible to do so until goods physically reach your country / destination. There may also be costs associated with delayed delivery / re-delivery to buyer, storage of goods or any such miscellaneous costs if buyer for any reason is unable to accept goods when they arrive at destination. 

Additional costs, if any, will be borne by buyer and must be paid in full prior to delivery

• Door to Door Service: Orders will be delivered directly to your venue, warehouse or preferred address, where possible. Our endeavour is to make your purchase experience as stress free as possible.
• Depending on Source of Production Country, your order may be delivered separatelyIn all likelihood, your order will be Made to Order, giving you the option to select your preference of colours and material
• Pricing will be in US$. If you prefer Quote in your local currency, let us know. Order can be paid with a valid Credit Card (3.5% Surcharge for International Cards) or International Bank Transfer (No Surcharge)

• Though we primarily are manufacturers & suppliers to Trade, Hospitality & Commercial venues, in rare circumstances, we may accept orders for personal use with applicable Min. Order Value and Qty
